Package Your Jewelry
Carefully place the item in its original Gem Jewelers velvet box and protective packaging to ensure it remains secure during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring all previous labels are covered.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
